Knuckle-Head

by Michael Creech

Effect: After making a small red scarf appear, the Magician begins to push the scarf into the closed fist of his left hand. A hit of the scarf hangs out of the fist, and the Magician explains that this is a "piece" of a little friend. The Magician then waves his right hand in front of his left, and suddenly two very funny-looking eyes appear on top of the closed left fist, making a silly hand puppet The Magician introduces his friend as "Knuckle-Head," it is clear that Knuckle-Head is doing something very rude, sticking out his tongue at the audience. The Magician notices this and pushes the tongue into the mouth of the hand puppet. The Magician asks the audience if they can see the tongue anymore, after which he opens his hand to show the red scarf has vanished! The effect is concluded when the red scarf is reproduced from the mouth of the Magician!
